Privacy Policy

Information we collect
- College Predictor lead form: name (optional), phone number, email (optional), NEET rank, category and state — submitted when you ask for a callback.
- Mobile verification (OTP): your mobile number, when a feature on the site asks you to verify it.
- Disha chat: the messages you send to our assistant, so it can respond to you.
- Call-button clicks: your IP address, browser user agent and the page you clicked from, logged when you tap a "Call" link.
- Device cookie: a random, unguessable identifier (
rc_sid) stored in an HttpOnly cookie, used to recognise your browser across visits. It carries no personal information by itself.
How we use it
To show you matching colleges and admission-chance estimates, to have our counselling team call you back if you request it, to verify your mobile number where that's required, and to power the Disha chat assistant's replies.
Third parties
Messages you send to Disha are processed by a third-party AI provider (currently configurable to Anthropic, Groq or Google Gemini) in order to generate a response. We don't run advertising trackers, ad pixels or third-party analytics scripts on this site — none are present in our code as of this review.
Cookies
We use a session cookie (to keep the site working as you navigate), a CSRF-protection cookie (security), and the rc_sid device-recognition cookie described above. No third-party or advertising cookies are set by this site.
What this policy doesn't yet cover
Our systems don't currently define a fixed data-retention period, a named grievance/data-protection officer, or a stated governing law and jurisdiction. We're stating that plainly rather than inventing details — if you have a specific request about your data, use the contact options on this site and we'll respond directly.
